Yes! Our Free plan is ₹0 forever for solo travel planners. It includes CRM leads, queries, product management, and our interactive quotation builder. Proposals generated on the Free plan include a subtle "Powered by TourFiles" watermark. When you are ready for white-label PDFs and team bookings, you can upgrade to Starter or Growth.

Subscriptions in TourFiles follow predictable prepaid cycles: monthly or annually, beginning on your purchase date. There is zero grace period; proactive renewal reminders appear before expiration so your team is never caught off guard.

The base plan includes 1 Admin seat. You can add more seats anytime. Starter is capped at a maximum of 5 users total (1 admin + up to 4 additional seats at ₹499/user/month). Growth allows unlimited seats at ₹699/user/month. All additional seats are coterminous — they share your base plan renewal date, and mid-cycle seat additions are charged on a fair prorated basis.

Yes! Annual subscriptions include approximately 20% savings (2 months free). You can switch your billing interval during renewal or plan upgrade with 1 click.

TourFiles uses an Option A Fresh Cycle Reset: upgrading starts a brand-new monthly or annual cycle from the day you upgrade. Any unused prorated balance from your previous active subscription is credited directly against your upgrade invoice.
